Making it three sites in three weeks this January, we’ve just upgraded long-standing client Kingsley Smythe’s e-commerce website.
The first website went live in February 2021 during the Covid-19 pandemic when selling at trade fairs was impossible. Website sales quickly took off and the site rapidly became the sales focus for the next 12 months.
During the winter, we spent time with Kingsley Smythe, looking at the website and making several recommendations for areas to improve based on (a) the data we’d collected over the year from Google Analytics, (b) real-world problems the sales and delivery teams were experiencing and (c) our own expertise in running and promoting e-commerce websites.
These recommendations included:
We also made several recommendations around the structure of the digital marketing and SEO campaigns we were running.
The updated website is now available to view and ready for 2022!
"From the first phone call I made to Pink Fish to the current day, their work has been outstanding. They offer continued support, nothing is too much trouble and they react quickly to our ever changing business needs. They have helped the business grow and we look forward to a continued relationship with the company."
