Evolving an established brand online
We united four separate websites into one seamless experience, improving mobile usability while preserving Helen Browning's Organic's established brand identity and heritage.

We’ve been working closely with Wiltshire-based telecommunications supplier Graham Smith UK over the past few months to develop a new website and integrated product ordering system.
The first phase of the project is now complete – the new website – and we’re anticipating starting work on the next phase shortly. This will be an e-commerce system aimed at supporting regular customers who place frequent repeat orders.
A customised ordering interface will make it easy for users to choose the products they want and to specify the quantity that they need. Customers can find and request items which they don’t normally order and they can send orders to a multitude of different destinations. Invoicing is all handled in-house so the focus of our part of the project was on getting the user experience (UX) right and ensuring the system made it easy for GSUK administrators to add new stock and manage the influx of orders.
The new website is now live at Graham Smith UK.
“We have worked with Pink Fish for a number of years and have only found their flexible and pragmatic approach matched by their technical ability. I have no hesitation in recommending them for work on web projects of any customer scope.”
