YourDMS offer tailored document management solutions to businesses throughout the UK. They have a range of software solutions to help finance, HR, sales, marketing and compliance departments become more efficient, save time and save money.

We initially worked with YourDMS developing a wireframe of their new site, concentrating on calls to action (CTAs) and clear content presentation in a view to increase the number of calls from site visitors.

This project was much more about content and User Experience (UX) than it was about design and so we spent much longer in the wireframing stage than we might normally do, ensuring almost all pages required on the new website had content already written before we went to build.

This allowed many different members of staff at YourDMS to collaborate on content and we could ‘test’ this with existing clients to ensure the message was on point.

We find that with new websites, if you can put real content into your wireframe before the site build begins, you’ll end up with a much better product.
