Evolving an established brand online
We united four separate websites into one seamless experience, improving mobile usability while preserving Helen Browning's Organic's established brand identity and heritage.
Shalbourne Private Healthcare

Shalbourne Private Health Care is a private healthcare facility provided by Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in Swindon, Wiltshire.
They’d had a site running for some years but were experiencing issues with it that they wanted to resolve. These included:
- Poor mobile user experience
- Outdated design and imagery
- No ownership or control over their own content via a Content Management System
We worked with their business development team to design and build a new site which addressed these issues. Providing a CMS through WordPress was a major step forward. Wireframing and a bespoke design addressed the other issues and imagery from the hospital itself was added – always nicer to use your own photographs than rely on bought-in stock photos.
We also added a web form for GPs and health professionals to refer patients to the hospital.
A lot of the work behind the scenes in the CMS automated a number of the tasks (such as adding news items and events) resulting in significant administration time (and cost) savings for the Shalbourne team.
