Pay2Code – a new payment gateway

Coming to us in 2019 with an idea for a new payment gateway with a very unique USP, we were only too pleased to help Swindon-based CEO Jamie Hall with the development of Pay2Code – a website designed to give web development agencies a lifetime commission on all e-commerce transactions carried out by any of their clients who use the new Gr8Pay payment gateway.
Built in Laravel by our specialist developers, the Pay2Code website runs on a scalable VPS and interfaces with Gr8Pay through a series of API calls.
We liaised with remote developer teams in South Africa and India to understand the API and how best to use it to accomplish our goals. We then wireframed the user interface elements of the Pay2Code developer portal, offered our graphic design services for the visual elements and then built and fully tested the site. We also provided design and build services for the public-facing elements of the Gr8Pay website.
It was a long time in development, with several significant obstacles to overcome along the way, but we thought it such a great concept we had to see it through to the end.
And very glad we were too that we did.
Pay2Code launched in August 2020 with several large organisations already interested in signing up.
